Delivery and payment

Submit an order request with your chosen product, colour, quantity, emirate and area. A request is not a confirmed order or a stock reservation, and no payment is taken on submission.

We confirm stock and delivery availability for your location, and agree the delivery charge with you before requesting payment. Delivery charges are additional to the product price; there is no fixed delivery fee at this stage.

After confirmation, we send one secure Ziina payment link covering the product amount and the agreed delivery charge. LAYR pays the delivery company; nothing is payable to the courier on receipt.

Available items are dispatched within 2–5 working days after payment. This is the dispatch period; courier transit time is additional. We will contact you if a delay affects your order.
