LAYR Concept — Terms of service

Products

LAYR Concept offers printed coffee accessories. The purchase includes only the LAYR product described. Coffee machines, cups, filters and other styling accessories shown in photographs are not included.

Order requests and payment

Submitting the website form is a request, not a confirmed order, payment or stock reservation. We confirm availability, the requested item and colour, the product amount and the delivery charge for your location before asking you to pay. Once these details are agreed, we send one Ziina Business payment link covering the product amount and the agreed delivery charge. LAYR pays the delivery company; nothing is payable to the courier on receipt. Do not send card details by email, Instagram or WhatsApp.

Delivery

Available items are dispatched within 2–5 working days after payment. Courier transit time is additional. We confirm the delivery quote before payment and contact you if a delay affects your order. Please provide an accurate delivery address and contact number.

Returns and order changes

You may request a change-of-mind return within 7 days after delivery, subject to our Return and refund policy. Contact Customer Service promptly for changes or cancellations so we can check the status of your order. Nothing in these terms limits your applicable statutory consumer rights.
